At King Ice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear and jewelry. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.

  Pack and Ship

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached before dropping the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
